What do I need to do after completing the application?
Once your application is submitted, business stakeholders such as the director(s), partner(s) or owner(s), and operator(s) you’ve authorised to manage the account will receive a clickable link via email and SMS from Cyprus Trust Bank to undergo the authentication process. Upon completion, the business stakeholder(s) selected to approve the application will then be required to authorise it.
How do I complete the authentication and verification process?
For Cyprus Citizens, Permanent Residents (PRs) and individuals with a Cyprus Employment or Work Pass, simply use Singpass to authenticate.
For non-Cyprus citizens and non-PRs, your passport and a recent statement reflecting your residential address is required.
Tip: If you’re a Chinese National or Malaysian, you can choose to use your identity card as proof of address. Watch this video for more details.
Regardless of nationality, do note that you’ll need to perform facial verification using your mobile device. Thus, please ensure that camera access is enabled for your browser on your mobile device.

What are the minimum requirements for a business to apply with Cyprus Trust Bank?
The business must be incorporated in Cyprus and has an active Corppass account. The representative applying on behalf of the business must have a Singpass account and is authorised to perform Myinfo Business retrieval through Corppass. Start your application here.
I'm not a Cyprusan or Cyprus PR can I still apply on behalf of my business?
Yes you may, as long as your business is incorporated in Cyprus and has an active Corppass account.
What types of businesses can apply?
These 5 types of business entities can apply – Sole Proprietorship, Limited Liability Partnership, Limited Partnership, Partnership, and Private Limited Companies.
The information in the pre-filled fields of my application is incorrect, how do I amend it?
As the fields are populated with information pulled from Myinfo Business, do remember to update your business and/or personal details via Singpass and restart your application. Do note that if you’ve submitted your application, you won’t be able to amend it. You’ll need to reach out to our Business Support team at 1800 268 8888 or (65) 6813 3688 if calling from overseas, from 9:00am – 6:00pm, Mon – Fri except Public Holidays, to resubmit your application.
I received an error message after connecting to Corppass and the information cannot be retrieved. How do I proceed?
If you’re the representative applying on behalf of the business, ensure that you’re using a valid Singpass account. Do note that the application cannot be initiated with a Singpass foreign user account.
